Mark Your Calendars for the Annual Reunion and Meeting in Kansas City October 3 - 5. We will be celebrating Class Reunions for any Class Year ending in an 8 or a 3. We will also be honoring Chief Ignacio and his leadership and love he showed to so many of us as our Band Leader. Location and venue info coming soon.

2008 Kemper Alumni Weekend!

We are excited to announce that the 2008 Annual Meeting will be held at the Kansas City Northeast Holiday Inn, on October 3rd and 4th. Come join us for our Alumni Association Annual Meeting on Friday night, the second Annual Kemper vs. Wentworth Alumni Trapshoot on Saturday morning, and an Alumni Banquet on Saturday night with CW4 (Ret.) Abraham "Iggy" Ignacio as our Guest of Honor.

Schedule of Events:

Friday, October 3rd, 2008
7:00 PM - Annual Meeting
We will elect our Board Members, discuss campus developments and future plans for a museum. Hors d' ouerves will be provided and a cash bar will be set up.

Saturday, October 4th, 2008
9:00 AM - 2nd Annual Kemper vs Wentworth Alumni Trap Shoot
CALLING ALL ALUMNI!! Our great school is closed, but it does not mean that our great rivalry with Wentworth is dead.

Wentworth will be hosting the second annual trap shoot this year at the Lake City Shooting Range. The trap shoot will start at 9:00am, but you can start practice rounds at 8:30am. We need to field 10 to 15 shooters, so we need all the volunteers to step forward. You do, however, need to agree only to shoot at the clay targets, not at any Wentworth Alumni. For more information, please call Laura Williams at 501-312-5876. The cost to enter is $50.00 per shooter.

7:00 PM - Alumni Banquet
We will end the weekend on a high note with an Alumni Banquet. Join us as we honor our very own Chief Ignacio, who served as the Band Master of Kemper starting in 1976. We will also honor all class years ending in a 3 or 8. A biffet will be provided and there will also be a cash bar. The admission cost for the banquet is $50.00.
